Book Reviews and Ratings

I have two methods that I am using here to indicate what I think of the books that I have read. The first thing that I do is assign a rating in the range of +/0/- to a book. This is the same ranking system that we use on my book discussion mailing list. I try to do this for basically every book that I read. These are all listed on my ratings page.

Secondly, I have a number of books that I have written reviews of. I use the word review loosely; they vary from a paragraph describing the book to extensive discussions of my thoughts about it. The list of books that I have reviewed is given below. They are sorted by category and, within category, by title. In addition, on the ratings page I give a link to any book reviews that are available.
