Review:
I liked this book a lot while I was reading it. It's got two plots - one in the present and one in the past which is told partially from seeing it and partially from the woman in the present reading the book of love letters between the two people in the past. Interesting themes about what love and marriage requires of people. What it means to have an obligation, particularly to other people. And then, in the very end of the book, like the last chapter, I hated it. I'm not sure if I was reading it wrong, because in my mind it had the absolutely wrong moral at the end. Things just ended up wrong.
