CUAir is an interdisciplinary project combining aspects of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering. Our goal is to build an autonomous plane with capabilities to navigate waypoints, survey areas, and retrieve visual information about the surfaces below. Some research topics include flight structures, wireless communication, and image processing as well as target recognition.
