Abstract:
I'm currently a PhD student in computer graphics at Cornell University. I did my undergraduate in EECS at UC Berkeley, and then worked at a video game company for a year before deciding to pursue a PhD in 2007. My primary research interests are: efficient physical simulation, physically based sound synthesis, and real-time virtual worlds. My advisor is Doug James.

Activities:
Misc.:
- My hobbies include playing guitar, long boarding (although Ithaca's weather makes that difficult at times), windsurfing, video games, and traveling.
- There's no correct pronunciation for my last name in the English language, but saying it like "on" seems to be popular.
- Here's a cool calendar interface I've been working on in my spare time.
