The projects in Biotechnology span the range from computational biology at the molecular level, through bioinformatics, genomics, and biomedical simulation and all the way to modeling the effects of technology and regulatory change on marketing of agricultural products.  Many of these research areas have massive computing requirements, which we are working to address through the shared computational resource model we are building on the network of Intel Architecture equipment.
