We currently serve around 300 customers. We provide garbage collection services to residential customers and small businesses in Steuben and Chemung Counties. The company has a simple website at www.garbagehaven.comProject Garbage Haven is looking to redesign its website in order to accommodate their customers and manage the accounts. Each customer would have an individual account where they will be able to update their profile, check their billing information, and pay their bill. The website will also have an administrative function where the administrator can update the customers’ billing information, and send electronic receipts and emails to multiple customers. Ideally, all the data would be stored in a database that can be easily accessed by the website administrator and reports can be generated. |
