Two surprise finds, Xitij Kothi and Chetan Parmar, made this team a formidable opponent.
Both went on to win individual awards and Kothi even made it to the institute team the following year.
Led by the strong defender, Aditya Negi and with huge support from their manager Himanshu, Liverpool was a true dark horse success story.
Liverpool finished second and this too was decided by the last match of the league.
A favourable ending in that match would have seen them top the league.
