Having bought the most costly player, Adhu, Arsenal looked strong from day 1.
Ashwin Ravikumar, Arsenal's President, made several strong bids and soon acquired the services of Siddhartha Ghosh, Adith and Himanshu Maholia.
Himanshu went on to win the best forward award.
At times this quartet of players played scintillating football and gave the top teams quite a headache.
They finished 3rd barely one point behind second place winners Liverpool.
