CMSX Release 7.1
Stability, polish, and grading/UI improvements across CMSX.
- Cleaned up a lot of legacy formatting and code style, especially tabs vs. spaces.
- Smoothed out grading behavior, word wrapping, and comment/regrade display so things look and behave more predictably for students and staff.
- Improved mobile usability (like rubric tables) and small UI details such as navbar dropdowns.
- Updated grade export to match the latest PeopleSoft format and tightened backend data handling.
- Ran full tests and performance checks and confirmed no user docs or database changes were needed.

CMSX Opus 7.2 “Flash”
Faster core flows, stronger staff tools, and better infrastructure.
- Overhauled group and student management, plus added new staff-side APIs for emails and privileges.
- Significantly sped up key endpoints (assignment and overview pages) to make the app feel snappier.
- Improved quizzes and surveys: validation, error messages, and general behavior are more reliable.
- Polished UI with better table wrapping, fonts, and a sticky table header/column for long views.
- Added CLI bearer tokens, stricter encoding/DB handling, and a more robust CI setup (linting, tests, Javadoc builds, and docs publishing) to catch issues earlier and keep releases stable.
