The Refrigerator Czar is responsible for the state of the right-hand refrigerator in 4163 (the PhD mailroom).  This czar has the authority to trash any articles and clean the refrigerator as long as fair warning is given to the
community. The basic principles of the usage policy for this fridge is that articles must be labeled, and that the refrigerator will be purged of past-date articles on a weekly basis.
