The web czar maintains the page of current Ph.D. students which links to the students' homepages. They also create web directories on thelonious, the new web server, for grad students here in CS. (Thelonious updates immediately outside the firewall.) As the czarship is developed, the web czar will also maintain news about current events of interest to grad students.
