From concept to console – students demo new video games.
Each spring, Cornell's Game Design Showcase (GDIAC) presents student-developed games from both introductory and advanced courses, featuring work from teams of programmers, artists, sound designers, and UX experts.
The GDIAC Showcase is open to the general public, so that everyone can play and experience these projects. The showcase is held in the Computing and Information Science building, which is adjacent to the Hoy street parking garage. That garage is open to the public on weekends. Alternatively, it is a short walk from Statler Hall, which is supported by TCAT Route 31w on the weekends.
In addition to the exhibits, the public is welcome to vote for the favorite in the award ceremony at the end. Come see what all of the excitement is about, and support our students!
