I was born in the china capital of China. The world in that small town was so different from the world I saw later in Tsinghua University, Beijing, where I spent seven years in BS and MS study in the Computer Science Department. Needless to say, the change was even more exciting when I came to the States, and began my study here in the Department of Computer Science of Cornell University in August, 1997.
