1 Nov, 3:30PM. HW4 is graded (except for students with extensions). There's a solution to the final shell script available in CMS, take a look.
31 Oct, 1:10PM. Here's a tarball of the top directory described in HW4.
19 Oct, 1:20PM. Class is over; no more office hours. HW4 due Halloween.
17 Oct, 10:10PM. HW4 is out.
10 Oct, 4:10PM. HW3 is out.
9 Oct, 4:45PM. HW2 is graded.
3 Oct, 2PM. For problem 2, question 3, either printing full paths or relative paths is fine. That is, printing

/usr/bin/oo
/usr/bin/nn
...
```
or printing
```
oo
nn
...
```
is fine. You shouldn't need to use sed or awk or anything like that.
3 Oct, 9:30AM; Small bug in HW2 - the reference to "process 2" in the very last question should instead be to "job 2", and the reference to "non-running processes" should be "non-running jobs" instead.
26 Sep, 1:15PM; HW1 is due *this Friday*, as it says on the assignment and on this website. The date in CMS was wrong. Don't worry, it's quick.
24 Sep, 3:15PM; CSUG accounts are ready for everyone who came to class today. Go to the CSUG new user site to reset your password. Please let me know asap if you still cannot log in.
