Hello!
I am a Khoury Distinguished Postdoctoral Fellow at Northeastern University, working under Rajmohan Rajaraman.
I will be a Research Fellow at the Simons Institute at Berkeley for the Fall 2025 semester, as part of the Algorithmic Foundations for Emerging Computing Technologies program.
I recieved my PhD from Cornell University, where I was advised by Robert Kleinberg. My general interests are in algorithms, routing and networking, graph theory, and combinatorics. My PhD work has focused on optical circuit switch (or, reconfigurable) networks.
Short Bio
Before Cornell I recieved a B.A. double major in math and computer science at Carleton College, where I was advised by Layla Oesper and Mark Krusemeyer. I became interested in combinatorial optimization and theory of computing while studying abroad at Budapest Semesters in Mathematics. I then spent my senior year researching with a group of students under David Liben-Nowell.
I was raised in Alexandria, Virginia, just outside the nation's capitol. Outside computer science and math, I studied abroad in Japan through the Hokkaido International Foundation. I also enjoy west coast swing dancing and drinking lots of tea.
