Cazamere Comrie

Welcome! I am a second-year Computer Science PhD student at Cornell University, where I work on deep learning, in particular graph representation learning. I am highly fortunate to be advised by Jon Kleinberg.

My PhD has been funded by a GEM Fellowship and a Cornell Sloan Fellowship. During my PhD, I have had the chance to conduct several wonderful research internships, including @ GoogleAI, Twitter Research, Snap Research, and Morgan Stanley Research.

Outside of the PhD, I reside at the Telluride House. Feel free to read more about the wonderful history of the house here!

Hypergraph Ego-networks and their Temporal Evolution
Cazamere Comrie, Jon Kleinberg

ICDM, 2021
arXiv

We propose the study of hypergraph ego-networks, a structure that can be used to model higher-order interactions involving a single node. We also propose the temporal reconstruction of hypergraph ego-networks as a benchmark problem for models that aim to predict the local temporal structure of hypergraphs.
