For {\TeX}nical reasons, the whole preprint is only available as a
PostScript file `preprint.ps' contained in the following uuencoded
tar-compressed file, that you can call `preprint.uu'.
To obtain the PostScript file `preprint.ps' follow the instructions at
the top of the file `preprint.uu'.
Then print `preprint.ps' as ordinary figures.
