Citation Graph Tool:
A tool that analyzes the citation graph database from
NEC Research CiteSeer. It provides the following functions: (1) Histograms
on GID & DID citations; (2) Convert original DID -> GID citation relation to GID->GID
citation; (3) Range search for the most cited publications; (4) Search
publications with the most similar citations (presumably the most relevant).
