1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
dash salt
8 oz. semisweet chocolate - melted in double boiler (I used the microwave)
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate - melted in double boiler (I used the microwave)
1 1/2 cups firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 cups butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 cup chocolate chips

Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl and set aside. Cream butter and sugar, adding eggs one at a time until well mixed. Add in vanilla and melted chocolates, mix well. Slowly add flour/cocoa mixture. When combined, add chocolate chips . Mix well. Drip by rounded tablespoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 18-22 minutes at 325 degrees (so as to not scorch the chocolates).
