I was born and grew up in a small town of Sichuan Province, China. It's the hometown of famous artist Daqian Zhang, whose drawings are on display in Metropolitan Museum of New York. I was a very happy child with parents' endless love in the peaceful and lovely town. In 1995 I entered college, the University of Science an Technology of China (USTC),Hefei, where I spent 5 years in B.S. study in Computer Science department. I met a lot of interesting and smart people there and made so many good friends. I will never forget our fabulous class 9511!
In fall 2000, I began my graduate study in Computer Science department, Cornell University. For the first time in my life, I saw so much snow here! I love the world in pure white, they are like the palaces in dream. And the colorful leaves in late autumn are so fascinating. Come and have a visit, friends, because Cornell is such a lovely place...
