Kudos to Alane Suhr (Cornell), Mike Lewis (FAIR), James Yeh (Cornell), and Yoav Artzi (Cornell), who received a best resource paper award at ACL 2017 for their paper, "A Corpus of Natural Language for Visual Reasoning." ACL received 590 short-paper submissions this year.
The paper presents a large new visual-reasoning language data set of natural statements grounded in synthetic images developed via crowd-sourcing.
