Cristian Danescu-Niculescu-Mizil, PhD 2012, and his Stanford co-authors won the best paper award at WWW 2013. The paper was entitled, "No country for old members: User lifecycle and linguistic change in online communities" and was written with Robert West, Dan Jurafsky, Jure Leskovec, and Chris Potts.
