It mentions Claire Cardie and her startup, Jodange. The article also quotes Bo Pang (PhD '06) and David Pierce (PhD '03). The book Opinion Mining and Sentiment Analysis, written by Bo Pang and Lillian Lee, makes a cameo appearance.
