The Fedora Project, led by CS Researcher Sandy Payette, was in the news recently.  There is an article in the XML Cover Pages that does a  great job describing Fedora and its broader impact ( http://xml.coverpages.org/ni2005-03-18-a.html ).

Sandy will also be giving the keynote presentation at the upcoming DELOS Network of Excellence Workshop on digital repositories for e-learning and e-research ( http://www.ukoln.ac.uk/events/delos-rep-workshop/intro.html ), which will be held on May 11-13, 2005 in Heraklion, Crete.
