Many of the ideas and graphical elements used to create this set of pages came from others. In fact, use of the word colophon to describe this page is borrowed from somebody else. I will try to give credit here to those who have been of help to me, although I am sure that I have forgotten some. My thanks to all the generous people who make the fruits of their time and labor freely available to others on the web.

• My first lessons in HTML came from looking at and borrowing pieces of Lynette Millett's page.
• One of the first resources I found was a large selection of icons and other resources created by Jen Kitchen. Unfortunately, her web page has moved and I don't have the new address.
• I recently ran across Jeffrey Zeldman's page, which has numerous resources for page designers and general computer users alike.
• Pinky's Place provided some of my backgrounds.
• Silverhair is the creator of beautiful artwork, more of which I hope to have gracing my own pages soon.
