The paper proposes methods for combining cryptographic techniques (random algorithms) with image compression algorithms to finish compression (decompression) and encryption (decryption) in one step. The ideas is demonstrated by applying randomized permutation and probablistic encryption to MPEG. The methods is tested as efficient and adjustable.
