I am an avid reader of the comic strip Fox Trot. I consider it to be second only to Calvin and Hobbes as the most consistently funny and insightful strip ever written. I suspect that this has a lot to do with the fact the person who pens it was a physics major ...
For myself ... I have zero artistic ability which makes me a useful barometer of the artistic scene. "If I can do it ... it's not art."
I am also a movie fan and having two younger siblings of my own (in my case both sisters) I can relate to Peter's plight.
