It has been my experience that they steadfastly <b>refuse</b> to sell to end users like you and I.  If you want something, you must go through an authorized distributor.   Usually, they'd claim that "we're not set up to sell directly to the public".  In reality, I'm sure it has more to do with money and contacts, i.e. [avoiding] cutting into someone else's bottom line.</p></htmltext>
