Paperless World

Objective

The client is an MBA student at the Johnson School. He is planning to form a start-up company that will eliminate paper from credit card transactions. The goal of this project is to develop a prototype of this system and implement it for the Cornell Store.

Further information about the plans are contained in the Project Overview.

Notes

This is potentially a large software system. During the feasibility study, the project team needs to work with the client to agree on a the scope of the project.

Since the plan is to develop commercial software, it is important that the project team and the client have an explicit agreement about rights to the software and documentation that is developed.
