2/4/00 and 2/6/00

CS 502 is now full

Because of the number of students who wish to add this course, we have now reached the maximum size class that we can have.  We have therefore had to close enrollment for this course.  The Computer Science office has been instructed not to allow any more registrations for this class.

Our apologies for anybody whose plans have been upset by this limitation.

2/2/00

Netscape proxy configuration

To enhance security, changes were made to the proxy that caused problems when using it with Netscape. If you use Netscape as your browser, instructions for how to configure it with the proxy server are at:

http://www.nomad.cornell.edu/techsupport/navigator_proxy.html

2/2/00

COMM 44 and CS 502

We had hoped to allow students to take both COMM 440 and CS 502, despite a schedule clash.  Unfortunately, enrollment numbers for both classes are higher than anticipated.  Therefore we will not be able to adjust the schedule so that both classes can be taken.  Our apologies for this. If you have questions, please contact either Professor Gay (COMM 440) or Professor Arms (CS 502).
