Finishing Touches Critique
In class: Friday, February 1st at 11:15 am This critique session will be similar to the previous critique on level design. However, instead of talking about levels in theory, you will be talking about the levels that you have. And we will be working with you to make them better. We will also talk about "juice" and other features to make your game more exciting. As with all critiques, this day is not a formal presentation like a release. You will not be standing up and presenting to the entire class. Instead, we are going to break the course up into groups to discuss your levels. You will not be graded on this critique, but we will be taking attendance. Perparing for the critique is easy: just bring two or more devices to play your game on. You do not need any slides or presentations. Again, we will talk about the levels you have, and not your design presentation. |
