The first prelim is scheduled for Oct 3, in the evening. this is a new schedule! (sports rule!) Look at extended office hours before the prelim . These are continuously updated. Material covered: chapters 1-7, except sections 1.6-1.7, 3.6, 3.8, 4.6, 5.6.2-5.6.4, 6.8-6.9, 7.5-7.8

Those needing a make-up exam, please sign up with Tammy Howe (thowe@cs.cornell.edu) prior to OCTOBER 2, 3pm.  The make-up will be scheduled for 6:00-7:30pm, in Upson Hall B17.  The people choosing the make-up exam will only be allowed out of the room after 7:30pm. People with more than 2 prelims on that day, send Tammy or Mosse e-mail, including information on what classes and when the prelims are. 
The material to be covered includes all the lectures and homeworks beforeOct 2nd.  see study guide for further information
 

There will be a review session on the Monday Oct 2nd from 7pm to 9:30pm in B14 Hollister conducted by Ramasubramainan (Rama).
