1) The midterm will be held Friday, Nov. 5th, during the scheduled lecture period. Please be on time!

2) The midterm will cover everything up to and including HW #4. You will be allowed one 2-sided sheet of notes. Calculators are allowed, but will not be needed.

3) A practice midterm will soon be available on CMS. Also note that solutions to the homeworks are posted on CMS. These should be useful for preparing for the exam.

4) Finally, Raghu (head TA) will conduct a review session on Wednesday, Nov. 3rd, in place of the regular lecture.
