CS Undergraduate Lab

Location:
The CSUGLab is located in rooms 315 (HP NT machines), 317 (Intel NT
machines), and 328 (Intel NT machines) Upson Hall.
Hours:
The lab is normally open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. ADM reserves
the right to take down the lab for system maintenance when ecessary.
ADM
technical support is available during normal working hours, Monday
through
Friday. Student consultants will be on duty during ome off-hours (see
below for details).
Access:
The combination to the door is available when you pick up your account
information, or you can see someone in 303 or 311 Upson.
Please do not give the combination to anyone else. All authorized users
will receive the combination with their account information. No one
else
as legitimate access to the lab.
Software:

There are no UNIX workstations available for use by people with UNIX
server named
babbage.csuglab.cornell.edu, that is available for your use.
To connect to it, go to
Start...Programs...eXceed, and choose the item named Turing.
This will open up an xterm
window to Turing.
