Review Sessions
Two review sessions will be offered and both are optional:
-
The Sunday review session is meant to help guide your studying over the few
days before the prelim and doesn't assume that you’ve already done extensive
preparation--though it does assume that you have been regularly doing the
projects and discussion exercises. This session will include a
conceptual review of the following: 2- and 3-dimensional arrays, cell arrays,
characters and strings, basic image processing (type uint8), and vectorized
code. We will also cover a few practice prelim questions from the SP15 exam
to help with problem-solving strategies.
- Date: Sunday, Nov. 8
- Time: 1pm - 3:00pm
- Location: Upson Hall B-17
- Slides from the concept
review
-
The Wednesday review session is a "just-in-time" review session to answer
questions that you've uncovered during your studying. This session mostly
will be driven by the questions that you ask and will also cover some review
questions and some questions from the old FA14 exam.
- Date: Wednesday, Nov. 11
- Time: 5pm - 6:30pm
- Location: Phillips Hall 101
