Why MATLAB?
CS 100 uses MATLAB

which is:
- a high level software package designed for numerical analysis.
- used extensively in industry.
- used extensively throughout Cornell in
Engineering,
Computer
Science, and other disciplines.
Which Version?
The public labs have Matlab version 6.0 (release 12) installed.

How to Access?
To access MATLAB, please note the following:
- MATLAB is available in the computer labs
used for CS 100.
- You can purchase a personal copy of the Student Edition of
MATLAB at the Campus Store or other bookstores.
- Look here for a full list of public Cornell labs that support MATLAB.
