Presentation Guidelines | ||
Instructions to
Presenters Each entry will be presented via (1) a web site which will be viewable for an extended period of time and (2) a poster session on a date in February 2001 to be announced. We ask that you send the url for your web site to kathyc@cs.cornell.edu as soon as it is ready and two weeks prior to the event page. Your website should begin with a very brief
introductory paragraph that describes your project before going into
further detail. Examples of websites detailing projects from a similar
forum can be viewed at CS
Fair '97, BOOM '98, BOOM
'99 and BOOM '00. You may
continue to modify your site after submitting the url to us. If you need to safely store things at Upson
on the day of the event, you may leave them at the Computer Science
Department office (4130 Upson) starting at 8:30 am. You should plan
to arrive at 3:00 pm on the day of the event if you have a computer
or presentation to set up. Otherwise, arrive by 4 pm. These are not hard
deadlines, if you have a class to attend then it is fine to come late.
Bring: a poster (on posterboard) and handouts (optional). We will
provide easels and any other equipment agreed upon in advance. |
