SNS Staged Simulator Registration

Our sns implementation is based on ns2 version 2.1b9a. Since our staging modifications affect only the event scheduling core of the simulator, sns supports all previously implemented protocols developed under ns2 (Being able to increase the scale of wireless network simulations by almost two orders of magnitude uncovered problems in some protocol implementations. Consequently, we have had to modify the implementation of some ad hoc routing protocols to ensure that they do not break at large scales).
