contact-primary-school dataset
This is a temporal higher-order network dataset, which here means a sequence of timestamped simplices where each simplex is a set of nodes. The dataset is constructed from interactions recorded by wearable sensors by people at a primary school. The sensors record interactions at a resolution of 20 seconds (recording all interactions from the previous 20 seconds). Nodes are the people and simplices are maximal cliques of interacting individuals from an interval. Some basic statistics of this dataset are:
  • number of nodes: 242
  • number of timestamped simplices: 106,879
  • number of unique simplices: 12,799
  • number of edges in projected graph: 8,317
