Teaching Computational Design for Biomedical and Food Process Engineering - Q2 1999 Status Report

In September 1998, part of one Ph.D. thesis research was completed using DELL, Intel Pentium II microprocessor, Windows NT operating systemLiao, H-J. 1998. Simulation of continuous sterilization of fluid food products: the role of thermorheological behavior of starch dispersion and process optimization, Ph.D. thesis, Cornell University, Ithaca, NY.

Currently, we are using the same computer to study the influence of agitation on heat transfer to foods in containers.
