The result of an old CIA mind-control experiment gone bad, Felice Quick is on the loose and headed for junior-high school teacher Sam Blacker. While Felice eventially convinces Sam that she's his long-lost and thought-to-be-dead sister, she doesn't succeed in convincing him that the FBI is after him for past crimes. Under the pressure of her psychological assaults, Sam's do-gooder vaneer cracks and his true nature is revealed. Felice finds herself in danger from the man she came to save.
