The sun doesn't shine on this Atlantic City. It exists in dive bars and strip joints. In the shadow of the Casinos, is a world of backroom deals that can end a life over less money than the price of a bus ticket home. Nobody chooses to come here, this where they end up. Atlantic City Serenade is about the Price we pay for the choices we make in the quest for power over our own inner demons. It is told through the eyes of the members of several dysfunctional "families", desperate associations of lost souls bound by loyalty, fear or both.

There are two sides of Atlantic City. There is the one where tourists come to test their luck in the casinos and there is the one where all the losers end up. Frank and Steve came to Atlantic City twenty years ago to make a big score. They are still here. Frank spens his days paying for his past sins and Steve wants to be Dean Martin in "Oceans 11". The future is on it's way to Atlantic City on a bus. Frank and Steve may never be the same.
