Just after the big Spring thaw is a great time to go to some of the local waterfalls. Since I live near Ithaca Falls, it was a natural choice. The spray from the falls was sufficiently intense, and the sun in the right location, for a rainbow to form in the mist. I've included one shot that is a great shot of neither the rainbow nor the falls, but gives an indication of just how heavy the flow over the falls was that day.
