Cornell makes strides at 2017 ACM Conference on Web Search and Data Mining

Thorsten Joachims, Adith Swaminathan, and Tobias Schnabel have received the Best Paper Award at the 2017 ACM Conference on Web Search and Data Mining for their paper, "Unbiased Learning-to-Rank with Biased Feedback.” CS Professor Claire Cardie was one of the keynote speakers at the conference.
