For the third year in a row, the Cornell Institute for Digital Agriculture (CIDA) will sponsor its annual hackathon. Join others for the virtual event held for thirty-six hours between March 5th and 7th, 2021.

A mix of students—from plant science, agriculture, environmental studies, business, and engineering as well as developers and data scientists—come together to form teams and apply technology to agricultural challenges. Students from Wageningen, UC Davis, Sao Paulo, and China Ag are also joining this virtual event made possible with support from Microsoft, Cargill, InfoSys, Specim, Corteva, Dairy One, Dairy Farmers of America, Macadamia Nut Co, and Love Beets.

A maximum of 250 students will be admitted to participate. The weekend event includes recruiting, networking, workshops, swag, food vouchers, and cash prizes.

Current students may sign up here to participate. Please enroll by March 1st. Faculty and staff can learn more here; if interested in attending any sessions, reach out to Ami Stuart.
