• I'm a post-doctoral researcher at Cornell's Computer Science department. Currently, I'm working on JavaGroups, a toolkit for reliable group communication.

• My nationality is Swiss / Hungarian.

• My background is Object-Oriented Technologies and - more recently - Network Management.

• I earned my PhD from the University of Zurich while working at IBM's Zurich Research Laboratory in the Network Management Group.

• My research interests are distributed architectures, OOT in communications, reflection and meta object protocols.

• I'm a dedicated Microsoft-Hater / Linux Fan.

• When you don't find me in my office, chances are high I'll be swimming, biking or running.
