IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT EXTRA MATERIALS: Please do not send unsolicited material in addition to what is required for application review. Our office receives thousands of pieces of paper each year and sending more than required leads to documents being mis-filed as well as increases processing time immensely. Usually extraneous materials are not considered during review. If you feel your application cannot be assessed accurately without a certain document, please send electronically after receiving permission from our office.
