CS Professor wins a Guggenheim and a Fulbright

Joe Halpern has won both a Guggenheim Fellowship and a Fulbright Scholar award for
the upcoming academic year. You can learn more about these prestigious honors at

competition is intense and it reaches across all the arts and sciences. There is no
