Course Overview
CS632 is a seminar-style course aimed at PhD-level students, in which we will discuss a
collection of important research papers related to database systems. Some of
these papers are "classics" from the early days of relational
databases. Some are more recent papers that have influenced (or are currently
influencing!) the field. At the end of the course, you will have an in-depth understanding of the state of the art in
database systems.
