Questionnaire for Assignment 2 

The aim of this questionnaire is to identify students who make extra special contributions to the project and to ensure that everybody plays a significant part. 

Instructions: 

(a) Every student should submit a questionnaire individually. In order to speed processing of the questionnaires, please submit your response according to the following guidelines: 

The response should be a plain text email (no HTML email, no attached files) addressed to cs501@cs.cornell.edu with the subject "Questionnaire Submission". Include your NetID and the name of the project in the subject. For each person, list all of the percentages on a single line. Include any additional comments below this. 

Here is a sample message:

(b) Each question refers to a task. For each task, estimate what percentage of the total effort each member of the team (including yourself) contributed. If, for example, you estimate that one member of your team did a quarter of the work in writing the report, then write 25% against their name for question 3. For each question, the total percentages should add up to 100%.

Question 1. Requirements, design and implementation. 

This question covers the work of your team in developing the requirements, design, and implementation, excluding the report and preparation for the presentation.

List the members of your team. Against each person's name, estimate what percentage of the work that person did. 

Question 2. Report and Presentation. 

This question covers writing the report and preparing for the presentation. It includes all the work that was needed to write and edit the report, and to plan and create materials for the presentation.
